Lead JavaScript/TypeScript Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced JavaScript/TypeScript full-stack developer who can lead the continued development of our cloud-native platform build on AWS.

Working environment at TCE

We apply modern software development practices such as SOLID principles, Serverless Framework, Docker, k8s and Continuous Integration and Deployment with Gitlab.

About you

  • You have experience developing single-page web applications in React.
  • Experience with Serverless Framework, DynamoDB, Open Search, Lambda and API Gateway.
  • Preferably you also have experience with NodeJS, TypeScript and NextJS.
  • You find maintainability, scalability, security and overall code quality important.
  • You are driven and eager to learn; a bit stubborn, but you also know how to listen to others.
  • You are looking for nice colleagues around you; the people make the work and the ability to work well together is at least as important as the work itself.

The process roughly goes as follows:

  1. We always plan a first meeting as soon as possible. Then we can look from both sides to see if there is a match.
  2. If the first conversation was positive for both, a small coding challenge will be sent to you. This will serve as input for the second interview where we will go into more depth.
  3. After this conversation we will let you know as soon as possible if we can make you an offer, preferably within a day.
    Our offer is directly a permanent contract.
