How do I set up my dashboard so that I find the right content?
Your dashboard already contains a feed after registration entitled ‘recent’. In this feed, you will find a collection of all the content you can find on TCE. You can also set up your own customized feeds based on source, topic, or keyword. You can create as many feeds as you like. To learn how to configure your feeds, watch our video on top of this page.
What are the conditions for purchases on TCE?
TCE enters into a license agreement with every ‘seller’ of content. In this agreement, the seller also declares to be the ‘owner’ of the content and grants TCE permission to sublicense this content to the platform’s users. Users agree to the terms of use, which specifies what they are allowed to do with the content.In addition, the publication conditions are indicated for each content item within TCE.
How do I change my settings, such as my preferred language or password?
A number of settings can be changed in your TCE profile. These include your password or profile picture in the application. Some settings, such as a preferred language or e-mail address, cannot yet be changed through the application. Such changes can be requested from TCE’s support department , who will then change it for you.
I can’t log into my TCE account, what do I need to do?
The login details for TCE consist of your email address (user name) and a password that you set when you registered.
Forgot your password? You can request a new password by clicking ‘forgot my password’ on the login page. You will receive a verification code in your inbox. You can fill in this code in combination with a new password. With this new password and the email address where you just received the verification code, you can now log into TCE.
